Think. Learn. Love. Live.
At New Covenant, we teach:
Not just what to know, but how to think.
Not just how to take a test, but how to learn.
Not just how to feel, but what to love.
Not just how to make a living, but how to live.
Think. Learn. Love. Live.

Passing the Torch
A beautiful New Covenant tradition was celebrated as our oldest and youngest students walked hand in hand in full regalia, symbolizing the beginning and completion of a thirteen-year journey together. As our seniors passed the torch to next year’s senior class, we celebrated legacy, growth, and community. It was a meaningful ceremony that reflected the strong bonds and shared experiences that make our school community so special.

School of Rhetoric – Spring Dance
The School of Rhetoric was excited to welcome rising freshmen to our annual Spring Dance on May 21. It was a special night of fellowship and celebration, marking the close of another successful year and the beginning of an exciting new chapter for our rising freshmen.

“New Covenant Schools gave me the opportunity to be a big fish in a small pond; the smaller class sizes and teacher to student ratio allowed me to grow as an individual rather than be a number. This has translated directly into my current field of work where I am a leader in pedorthic intervention around the greater Lynchburg area.“

Claudia Darden

B.A. in Communication Sciences and Disorders M.A. in Speech and Language Pathology
“At New Covenant, my teachers encouraged me to share ideas and held my thoughts with respect. Being treated as a peer in conversation with adults who I looked up to has shaped a confidence in my own thinking. This has had a positive impact on every aspect of my life after graduating.”
