Stay Fit!

June 3 - August 2

Summer strength training is the key to athletic success. The goal of Stay Fit! is to provide students the opportunity to train together as a team, making them stronger and faster,while facilitating team bonding. Participating individuals will be offered prescribed workout regimens and supervision by our trainers.  The schedule below will run for eight weeks through the summer. Personal training sessions are also available by our fitness staff.  See the rates below.

-One participant $25/hr

-Two participants $20/hr each

-Three participants $18/hr each
