Stay Fit!

Summer strength training is the key to athletic success. The goal of Stay Fit! is to provide students the opportunity to train together as a team, making them stronger and faster, while facilitating team bonding. Participating individuals will be offered prescribed workout regimens and supervision by our trainers.  The camp will run Monday–Thursday from 9-11 am for rising 1st through 7th graders and 11:30 am – 1pm for 8th through 12th grade.
