Keyboarding is a bi-weekly course intended to teach students to key by touch, with the goal of typing 50 words per minute with 90% accuracy. The course includes introduction to the basic of word processing and the use of computers. The course prepares students for upper school classes in which papers and reports must be typed in particular style formats. [One semester. Dialectic. Word-Processing includes an introduction to computers, and focuses on mastery of MSWord or WordPerfect. Physical Education is required in both dialectic and rhetoric schools. The course introduces the student to general physical conditioning as well as competitive team and individual combative sports. The rotation includes, wrestling, fencing, weight training, basketball, volleyball and soccer.
