Just ten minutes from downtown, New Covenant is located in the heart of Lynchburg, and is easily accessible from anywhere in town. The school occupies fifty acres of land, about half of which remains wooded, bounded by Candler's Mountain to the East and the Blue Ridge Mountains to the West.

In 2002 Phase I of our campus development provided twenty classrooms, a full service library, gymnasium, chapel, music and art studios, science and computer labs, as well as administrative offices.

In 2007 Phase II added ten more classrooms, a student commons, a second music room and a playground. This addition will accommodate over 400 students.

The basic design is a traditional Jeffersonian structure which is common to the region, with a central courtyard enclosed by classrooms, the chapel, the library and the gym.

The school maintains a vibrant, growing athletic program which is served in part by soccer and baseball fields on the west side of the campus.
