For families applying for tuition assistance

December 16, 2011 – Families applying for tuition assistance may begin entering 2011 income and expense data. Click this link to begin: FAST APP. You will be prompted to create a user name and password. The program will retain information you enter, but will not pull information from previous years.  It does, however, allow you the ability to exit and return to enter additional data.  Comprehensive FAST instructions may be downloaded here: FAST Instructions 214.03 kB

February 6, 2012 – Deadline for completing FAST on-line application. Tuition Assistance is cheerfully offered by New Covenant; please understand, however, that your prompt attention to deadlines enables us to maximize your grant. Late applications for TAP cannot be guaranteed, and tardiness will likely reduce your award. THE DEADLINE FOR APPLYING FOR TAP IS FEBRUARY 6, 2012.

February 17, 2012 – Letters mailed to families indicating the amount of tuition assistance being offered. Please note: Contracts will NOT be issued at this time. Families will receive a letter indicating the amount of assistance being offered based on the FAST on-line application. Families will be required to return the letter of intent along with a $100 deposit for each child being enrolled.

March 5, 2012 – Enrollment letter of intent (see above) with $100 deposit (per child) due in the office. Tuition assistance not accepted by this date may be reassigned to other families.

March 19, 2012 – Deadline for FAST applicants to mail all completed 2011 Tax Returns (1040, etc.) to FAST for verification.

March 30, 2012 – Tuition assistance contracts mailed. Contracts will be issued with awards as stated on the Letter of Intent UNLESS there is a significant difference between what was submitted on the FAST on-line application and actual 2011 tax returns. New Covenant reserves the right to change award amounts as needed.

April 16, 2012 – Enrollment contracts reflecting tuition assistance due.
